I am here in the Now. My mind is clear and conscious of knowing that my body is perfect, whole and complete. The governing system of my control substances will no longer take over my mind to eat unhealthy foods and drinks.
Every thing that I consume today will be of a healthy substance. Letting go totally of the overeating issues that my mind consumes is now taken away by Serapis Bey into the cosmic atmosphere.
I live in the now, and look only at the mirror to tell myself... I love me for who I AM, and I look beautiful this day of rejuvenation. Let me NOW take control of my mind's activity for eating the right foods, and drinking healthy choices of fluids. Let this be a day of happiness and peace for my new inner being. And so it is!
