In the Infinity of where I am, I now release to the Universe, all guilt and shame I hold onto from the past of creating a mild disease of the central system in my inner being.
I now release today and forever more of the disillusions of guilt and shame to release into the cosmic atmosphere, and to be replaced with happy, healthy cells of ever-lasting love and union ship within my inner child. Love is me, Love is peace with me and forever I will be at peace.
And so it is.
