Grounding Meditation
Take yourself to a new region of your life, by now centering yourself with us. Take a deep breath of cleansing, new, filtered air of life. Let yourself be released of today's distract ions, and of this past weeks life activities. Exhale, releasing into the earth a sense of goodness to all of your beings existence. Let the ground service your cord of energy that will tether you into the earth's atmosphere.
Release the light that shines upon you and your soul's essence to create a new environment for you and your soul to retrieve. The evidence of a gift of love to yourself is upon you now. Take another deep breath of cleansing air to your lungs, and let the light shine through. Now, exhale... repeat this life force activity 2-3 times.
Now centering yourselves feet into the soul's atmosphere, you have now entered your own sacred space, called grounding "yourself". Let your mind relax into solitude of knowing how you got here this day, "truth and honor" to your self. Do not dismiss this truth, for yourself, or the ground will begin to crumble below you own feet.
Always center yourself in a division of love in a grassy area, with your bare feet. Take the moment of time and begin to center yourself with the cord of life attached to you by placing your thoughts of the cord into the ground below you.
See the light shine above come enter through your crown chakra, see it filter through all your centers of being. Let it enter your third eye for intuition. Sending it now to your throat chakra, with a voice of true opinion to you. Let it flow now graciously into your heart chakra, seeing the color green for healing elements. After this point, take a deep cleansing breath and blow hard through your mouth.
Now send the energy through to your solar plexus, entering a state of personal power. Gather the rest of the energy to be delivered to your sacral, located below your navel, let it be filled with glorious avenues of love, give it love and feed it to receive. Now the force of energy can be released into the "root" chakra, feeding it with the power cord of life force energy.
Now go back to your feet and rediscover why you are standing here in the first place. Because of the discordance that brought you to this grounding meditation. See the light of your energy now be fulfilled in a great power of love for yourself and its being.
Place your hands on your heart and pray that your soul will tell you that "YOU" love yourself.
And so it is.
